If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact AcaStat Software within 45 days for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card. Send refund requests to support@acastat.com.
Purchases from Mac App Store
Since Apple doesn’t provide customer details to developers, refunds for App Store purchases can only be issued by iTunes Support, and at Apple’s discretion. We recommend you sign in with your Apple ID to Apple’s Report a Problem website, and request a refund there. For technical assistance, please send requests to support@acastat.com.
